||Unlearn untangle misogynistic behaviour in the workplace UK?

AThe problem is, I have become misogynistic at work somehow by excluding or not properly engaging with all female employees in the same way I work with male employees. This never happened before. The good news I can still quit on short notice or garden leave now, whereas in 50 days I will have to give 60 days notice but I'm also just starting to hotly pursue a five-figure contract benefitting lowest income women and girls getting mentored by women and access mentor-led and no-mentoring play, sports and events and a seven-figure grant application that engages the same audience. I like it here. I know how to make them a lot of money and the women are really talented. It's my boss, he likes to see misogyny as much as he doles it out and I displayed it, imitating other males. I am sorry. Never again.[more inside]posted by anonymousHuman Relationsat 2:47 PM -8 answers
